October programmes, typically, start on the 1st. The Strategist starts in August. Six to eight weeks before the main event, your people begin receiving intelligence. Challenges. Coded messages. Investigative trails. Each one with a real cyber security learning outcome baked into it.
By the time October arrives, your organisation is already inside the mission. They know the storyline. They've been building the skills. They're ready. The escape room session isn't an introduction... it's the climax.
That's what genuine security culture looks like. Not a single event that people forget by November. A programme that runs for months and leaves a mark.
