CRACKED.
A private art dealer believes a museum is hiding something valuable inside its codebreaking exhibition. Players arrive as authorised insiders during a scheduled maintenance window. They have access. They have credentials. They have an excuse.
What unfolds is a live demonstration of how trust gets exploited, and how insider threats don't require bad people, just bad situations. No malware. No hacking. Just human behaviour doing exactly what human behaviour does under pressure.
"No forced entry. No hacking. Just permission, pressure, and plausible deniability."
