All of it. The escape room scenarios, puzzles, props, printed materials, completion codes and facilitator guides. The SHIFT, CMD, CTRL+Vish and Instinct Lab platforms, their scenario libraries, characters, scripts, scoring rubrics and methodology. The SPACE_ and DIAL. installations. Our reports, templates, training content, videos and audio. Our name, logos, product names and the look and feel of what we do. Together, the TCERC IP.

Our rights include copyright, database rights, design rights, trade marks (registered and unregistered) and confidential information, in the UK and everywhere else. Nothing in this notice, in any Proposal or in any engagement transfers any of it to you.

When you buy from us and pay the fees, you and your Users get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the TCERC IP for your own internal training during the term of your engagement. That covers running the experiences we have provided, in the way we have provided them, for the people in your organisation.

Reports we issue to you are yours to keep and use internally after the engagement ends. The methodology, scoring and templates behind them stay ours.

The licence ends when your engagement does, unless your Proposal or Special Terms say otherwise. When it ends you return or destroy our materials and stop using the platforms.

• Copy, photograph, scan, record or otherwise reproduce any part of a kit, scenario, platform or report, except where we have said you may.
• Share, lend, sublicense, resell or otherwise make the TCERC IP available to anyone outside your organisation, including group companies not named in your Proposal.
• Modify, translate or create anything derived from it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or try to get at the source code, prompts, scoring logic or methodology behind any platform.
• Bypass or interfere with security, usage or licensing controls, or change passwords on accounts we provide.
• Use the TCERC IP, or what you learn from it, to build, train or help anyone else build a competing product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright notice, trade mark or label, including labels that mark output as AI-generated.
• Use our name, logos or product names in your own materials without our written consent.

These restrictions survive the end of your engagement.

Anything you give us stays yours: your data, your branding, your documents. You grant us the right to use, store, analyse and back it up to deliver and improve the Services and to communicate with you. Where we use data for product development we use only anonymised, aggregated information. Our Privacy Policy and the data clauses of your addendum say what we collect and how long we keep it.

If you ask us to build something bespoke, who owns it is agreed in the Proposal before we start. Unless the Proposal says otherwise, we own it and you get the licence above.

Some Services include third-party tools, software or content (background IP), for example AI models, voice generation, telephony or augmented reality platforms. Those are licensed to us by their owners and your use of them is subject to the relevant third-party terms, which we will point you to if they apply.

If you believe any of our content infringes your rights, write to legal@cyberescaperoom.co with the material in question, the right you say is infringed and how we can contact you. We investigate every notice and respond within ten working days.

If you see our materials being used by someone who should not have them, we would like to know. Same address.

We take unauthorised use seriously and will act on it, which can include suspending or ending your engagement under the Master Agreement, recovering losses and seeking injunctive relief. We would rather you just asked: most things people want to do with our content can be agreed with an email.
