Contract documents
Everything we sell runs on one short set of documents. They are issued with every Proposal and live in your Client Hub, where you accept them. Procurement teams who need a copy before a Proposal exists can ask at legal@cyberescaperoom.co; we send them the same day.
Where documents conflict, this is the order. Special Terms first. Then the addendum. Then the Master Agreement. If it is not in writing in one of those, it is not part of the deal.
Our Data Processing Agreement is available on request from the same address.
Special Terms
Client-specific amendments. Signed by both of us. Only where we have agreed them.
Package or Product Addendum
The specifics for what you bought: what is included, booking, cancellation, data. One Package Addendum covers everything inside a Package; a Product Addendum covers a single product bought on its own.
Master Agreement
The terms that apply to everything: how we contract, fees, IP, confidentiality, data protection, AI features, liability, cancellation.
